What Our Advising Looks Like

Our program design and strategy sessions are crafted to provide you with clarity around building sustainable programs. Recognizing your current success our role is to sync your program goals with organizational realities.

Initial Assessment

We start by taking the time to have a real conversation about your organization, the current successes and areas that you think are in need of improvement. From here we co-create a plan for the next several weeks to ensure we address the issues impacting the leadership and organization.

Strategic Design

Through reflective writing and strategic conversations, we help you determine what viable programs look like not just for the community you serve, but for your organization. We use our Program Assessment Tool to identify what should be built, what shouldn't, and how to align your internal and external resources.

Implementation

We take everything we've learned together and create a clear path forward. This includes designing your program workflow, defining staff roles & responsibilities, identifying resource needs, and building operational plans that actually work for your team. You'll have a concrete roadmap with milestones and accountability for the next 90-120 days.

Ongoing Support

Our work doesn't end when the sessions do. We stay connected through check-in calls to help you navigate challenges as they come up and keep your team accountable to the goals we've set together. Think of us as your partner in making sure the plan actually gets implemented.
