Program Design
Next you will focus on what infrastructure is needed and the viable options to meet these needs. The program is then designed through an iterative process with full input from leadership.

Program Launch
Once the infrastructure is set you shift to launching the program that is aligned with staff capacity.

Sustainability
After programs are up and running we establish a continuous data collection and feedback process. This enables you to measure impact, craft the story to secure ongoing funding, and create a pathway for program expansion.
